Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which:

• you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, has received the last item of the goods, provided that several items ordered in one order are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) to:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

After we have received your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you within fourteen (14) days.

The following costs are excluded from the refund:

• shipping costs actually incurred,
• additional costs resulting from optional services selected by you (e.g. individual adjustment to your body weight),
• shipping costs subsequently incurred if the return causes the minimum order value for free shipping to no longer be met.

For international deliveries, shipping costs will only be refunded up to the amount that would have been charged for a standard shipment within Germany. Any additional shipping costs for international deliveries will not be refunded.

The refund will be made by bank transfer or by using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

If modification services or custom-made products have been ordered, the necessary costs for reversing these modifications will be deducted from the refund amount.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Please return the goods within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Important notice for Kangoo Jumps Boots:

Please test the boots indoors on smooth flooring only to avoid unnecessary wear to the soles.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized,
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
• alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the contract but whose value depends on market fluctuations,
• newspapers, magazines or periodicals (except subscription contracts),
• service contracts (e.g. Online Training or Video Renew). For service contracts, the withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract in accordance with Section 355 (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of:

• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed,
• goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods,
• sealed audio recordings, video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery,
• service contracts (e.g. Online Training or Video Renew) once the service has been fully performed, provided that the customer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the withdrawal period has expired.

Special Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Events

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the event: free of charge
• Up to 14 days before the event: 50% of the participation fee
• Up to 7 days before the event: 75% of the participation fee
• Less than 7 days before the event or in case of no-show: no refund
