BASIC-WORKSHOP: "KANGOO POWER INSTRUCTOR WORKSHOP"
What previous knowledge do you need for the Kangoo Power Instructor:
First of all, no previous knowledge necessary. If you do not yet have a group fitness training with music theory, you would have to attend our 1 or 2-day basic aerobics workshop before the actual Kangoo Power Instructor Workshop. This always takes place before the Kangoo Power Instructor Workshop. External aerobics certificates are also recognized.
Basic requirement for the Kangoo Power Instructor Workshop:
Aerobic training or sports studies or trainer training with proof of music theory.
If you have not yet received training in aerobics or music theory, we offer a 1 or 2-day basic aerobics workshop in advance. Can also be booked in combination with the Kangoo Power Workshop.
