The following conditions apply:

Deliveries within Germany:
  • We usually ship with DPD or DHL.
  • Depending on the offer in the web shop (minimum order value), shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Deliveries abroad (European Union):
  • We usually ship with DPD or DHL
  • All prices include value added tax
  • If you have a VAT no. no VAT will be charged

Deliveries abroad (non-EU countries):
  • The prices and invoice are shown and calculated without VAT
  • Delivery from Germany may incur customs duties of the respective country
  • We usually ship with DPD or DHL

Terms of delivery
Unless no other period indicated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany occurs within 3-10 days if the item is in stock in stock. An article must be ordered only from the manufacturer, so begins the delivery time from receipt of goods in our warehouse. When payment in advance, the delivery period shall begin after receipt of payment.
Keep in mind that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

You have the following payment options:

 

Advance payment by bank transfer
Payment cash on delivery (plus delivery fee €5,00, further €2,00 delivery charge incurred, you however directly have to pay not to us but to the shipping carrier)
Payment through PayPal

We reserve the right, in some cases perform delivery only against payment in advance by bank transfer.
The invoice amount is to compensate for payment on invoice within 14 days.
